Salsa For Play La Sol\u00f3rzano<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Desale el bacalao dej\u00e1ndolo en agua por 8 horas. Cambie el agua dos veces en esas 8 horas.<\/li><li>Hierva por 15 minutos, escurra y desmenuce. Reserve.<\/li><li>Corte los pimientos y cebolla en cuadros peque\u00f1os.<\/li><li>Corte el cilantro sin macerar mucho, para que no pierda el sabor.<\/li><li>En un envase profundo mezcle el aceite, ajo molido y la salsa. Mezcle hasta que todos los sabores se incorporen, agregue bacalao, vegetales.
